• Both parties agree to communicate professionally and fulfill their agreed responsibilities.

• Marketing and media exposure are intended to create opportunities for growth; specific results, sales, followers, or revenue cannot be guaranteed.

• TBAT may decline applications that do not align with its brand, mission, audience, or sponsorship criteria.
